The rooftop terrace breakfast was a highlight, and the staff's personalized tips for nearby gelato shops added a delightful local touch to our stay.

location is very good if you go as a tourist and spend a few days in Rome to see everything. Just go down the street and you will find the Forum and Colosseum and if one day you don't feel like walking you have the Cavour metro and Termini station 2 minutes away. Internet at very good speed on all floors, is appreciated if you have to work. staff is very friendly and for breakfast (lovely and tireless elderly woman who attends), everything normal you can find in this type of buffet (croissants, toast, fruit, cereals.. that comes very well to take strength for a long day visiting things. room is clean and comfortable with only a couple of "buts" that I will put in the negative section. Another point in favor and that created a little bit of tension is that according to the page the luggage rack was paid, it is not, they should change it because it creates doubts and kids of this morning gently keep them without any problem. Ah, although we went in December and with spectacular weather, terrace on the top floor is incredible that in spring or summer should be a delight. As I always put to see the quality/price ratio, we got everything 185/4 nights with the taxes included.
To improve it is that the rooms seem to have the walls of cigarette paper because you can hear everything and on top of that, being next to the stairs, the clatter of people going up and down was a little annoying, although knowing that Rome is to be enjoyed, people get up early like us to take advantage of breakfast and at night they had to arrive exhausted because after the clatter there was only silence. Another point, although not very important in our case, is that of the television, that the foreign channels were not seen well or were cut or did not have to hook a USB.

Pretty much everything. As soon as we arrived at the reception, Gigi explained to us on the map what to see in Rome in the 4 days that we were going to be by zones. The family room for 5 great (with two rooms and 4 beds), the big bathroom, the high pressure shower, the extra big double bed, air conditioning in both rooms, TV in both rooms. The complete breakfast with all kind of coffee and infusions, various kinds of bread, yoghurts, fruit, sausage, eggs, bacon, juices, super rich.. And the best of all was the location.. Central, next to the Colosseum and buses to move around Rome.. No doubt, even if years go by, we'll come back to this hotel.
Some details of the room could be a little better taken care of: paint, some oxides from the bathroom, but these are minor things.

The location is excellent, the Colosseum is a 5-minute walk away. Historic center of Rome, all within walking distance.
Rooms need repair, plaster falls off, free room cleaning, monotonous breakfast. Reserved 2 2-bed rooms for myself and friends. When I got there, I got room 101, and my friends got room 215. In room 101 almost everything was fine, but my friends in room 215, on the bed there was plaster that fell off the ceiling and on the walls there was mildew, which was just painted. But after the report to the hotel employee Igor (thank him, he tried to please us and did everything in his power to help us), he changed our friends' room for 301. The room as a whole was not bad, after two days of accommodation they were moved to 209th, which was also without problems. There are of course some disadvantages to the hotel, but in general, the price-quality ratio corresponds.

Perfect spot in Rome!
Had a lovely 2-night stay. The hotel's right near everything, made exploring super easy! Breakfast was surprisingly good-loved the coffee! Staff was helpful, really were really good. Only thing was the room was kinda small, but that's what you expect in the city. Still, we were comfy overall.

Loved the intimacy of the hotel and the room was quite pleasant albeit rather small (I did however get the single room, there are bigger rooms). The staff were very polite and professional and the location was excellent, right within walking distance of most major attractions, that is of course if you like to walk which on a city tour you better be. There are some great restaurants close by, 'La Carbonara' deserves a mention (Try the Spaghetti Carbonara and the Fried Potatoes). Also within walking distance of Termini station. The breakfast here is excellent, included in the room price and offers a wide selection of food and I have to commend the lady who was staffing the breakfast station she was on top of her game, wonderful.
As a business customer I found the internet connection to be rather pricey and cumbersome to reload. Each time I wanted additional time I had to go to reception and request.

Clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Bathroom was spacious and the power shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Altogether a very reasonable hotel that I would recommend.

Rooftop terrace for breakfast, proximity to major sites, clean public areas
The shower facilities need significant upgrades, with leaks and poor drainage!!! Some rooms suffer from dated furniture and unpleasant odors, which really detracts from the experience!!!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast delicious. The location to the metro and Colosseum exceptional!
The beds. You can sleep anywhere when you are exhausted from walking around the city of Rome. But, the extremely thin pillows and very firm mattresses did not make for a good night sleep.
